Top notch service! Went in for just a routine appraisal and the service was amazing. They were very efficient and I was as pleasantly surprised with the inside appearance. It really is a hidden gem with beautiful jewelry and a wonderful atmosphere. Also, when I picked my jewelry, it looked like a completely different piece, just from the cleaning. They really do make magic happen.

I brought in a rosary that I received as a gift. There was a break in the chain and was too small for my eyes to try to repair. I gave it to one of the sales persons and with in a short period of time got it back all repaired. Great service and friendly people. Thank You. Steve Krych

Yesterday was my first experience with Georgetown Jewelers. I went in there to have a necklace repaired, and it was given such high reviews on our neighborhood website, that I thought I would give it a try. I was so impressed. Their jewelry is beautiful, but their service and friendliness is even better. Alyssa repaired my necklace in a very brief time, and then took the time to show me a few necklaces I was interested in. She was never in a hurry and never tried to “sell” me on them. She just patiently answered all of my questions. When I left, I accidentally left my glasses there, and Liz went out of her way to make sure they were returned. It was the friendliest jewelry store I have ever visited, and I will surely be returning in the future.
