Amid the worldwide events of COVID-19, we are reaching out to ensure you that the health of our clients and families is of the utmost importance. We know that by working together as a community, we can lessen the impact of this virus on all of us. With that being said, we are taking precautions that are in our community's best interest.
Starting Tuesday, March 17th, Georgetown Jewelers will have shortened store hours and will be open 10am - 3pm Tuesday - Saturday.
Beyond our normal cleaning standards, we are taking extensive steps in accordance to recommendations from the CDC to clean and sanitize high-touch areas like counters, door handles, pens and merchandise in addition to surrounding areas of the store.
Curbside drop-off and pick-ups are now available. Simply call or text the store at (630) 766-4137 to schedule a drop-off or pick-up and one of our associates will be ready to greet you curbside. If you have repairs, appraisals, layaways or special orders you need to pick up, we can take payment over the phone so you can pick up your items curbside. As always, any and all repairs, appraisals, layaways, and special orders will be kept safe in our store until you are ready to pick them up.
At this time, we will be temporarily suspending replacements of all watch batteries and adjustments to watch bands. We will be using disposable gloves changed between each client and additional sanitation measures when taking in any jewelry for repair.
Don't forget, you can always shop with us from the convenience of your home on our website! We will gift wrap (of course!) and shipping or curbside pickup is available for online purchases.
